WTF!

WTF! The threading from my Louis Vuitton Pochette came off! Ridiculous!  This bag is less than a year old with minimal use. You would think by paying hundreds of dollars for a Louis Vuitton bag the quality would be better.

Even the dog is sad.

I took it to the Louis Vuitton store on 5th ave. and they were kind enough to repair for free even though it was purchased at Saks.  The down side is that I will not have my bag for four weeks. 

Good thing I'm not looking to buy another one.....any time soon.
