So as you know, I purchased the CL simple 70 in a size 4.5 as well. BUMMER!! Although, my heels did not slip out in the back, the size 4.5 was extremely tight in the front. My toes also touched the front side of the shoes and was not comfortable. Since it is patent leather, I don't expect it to stretch out as much as it would as regular leather.
I really wanted to make the CL shoes work.... Unfortunately, I have to return the size 4.5. I also returned the size 5 because it was too big even with foot cushions. I must be a size 4.75. Who sells that!?
